Monthly Flavor: Scouts Honor Blondie
In celebration of Girl Scout Cookie season, we’ve created this scrumptious bar for April that is our highest tribute to scouts and cookies. We start with Bronte’s Blondie recipe and add chopped Samoa cookies and Twix bars. Melted caramel-coconut Oreos create a layer in the middle and then we top with our delicious coconut pecan frosting and a Samoa cookie. Be prepared for gooey chocolate, coconut, caramel goodness that’s sure to become a seasonal favorite.Ingredients: Butter, sugar, brown sugar, powdered sugar, flour, baking soda, salt, eggs, vanilla extract, Samoa Cookies, Twix Bars, Caramel Coconut Oreos, coconut flakes, and pecans.

We do our best to separate our bars, bites, cake pops and truffles from those that are GF+V. However, if you have allergies, please know our kitchen is NOT nut, soy, dairy, egg or wheat-free. And, all Bronte Bakes items are baked in the same ovens, though those with nuts and GF+V are baked on separate trays.
All Bronte Bakes items are handmade and baked to order. To keep your goodies swoon-worthy, most of our Bars, Bites and Pops should be consumed within 3-5 days at room temperature, or frozen for 1 month. If storing in the freezer, please allow approximately 2-3 hours to reach room temp.
Our Cheesecake Bars, Blueberry Blackberry and Citrus Key Lime Bars which require refrigeration, stay fresh in the refrigerator for 5 days and can be stored in the freezer for up to 1 month.
